Can't recommend this product enough. Both the Mood Support and Mama Support are such great natural supplements. I'm weary and highly conscious about supplements, Everydae has put my mind at ease! These have been amazing. HIGHLY recommend!! I really notice a difference if I forget to take them one day. My anxiety/moods are usually quite a lot to handle, these really help keep me more in control and feel a bit more like myself. There’s so many things that are essential for healing after birth, with these pills I’m able to give myself the vitamins/nutrients I need. I’ve almost completed the 1 month on the mood and multi and I honestly feel great. Even sleeping no more than 2 hrs at a time I have energy.
I don’t know if it’s just luck of the draw with my 3rd baby and being used to it but I definitely feel like the vitamins must have some contributing factors to how good I feel.
