Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada and to the USA.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $60 to USA and Canada. You can also save on shipping and receive 10% off when you subscribe to your favourite products.

For orders $60 and below, your shipping cost will depend on your location and the shipping option you choose. 

How long will shipping take?

USA

Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days

Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days

Canada

Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please allow us 1 -2 business days to receive and process your order. While we always will do our best to ship your order asap, delays may occur due to a high volume of orders, natural disasters, or weather-related issues.

How can I track my order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. 

When your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking link in a shipping confirmation email so you can follow your Everydae purchase along its way to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?

Here at Everydae, we stand behind the quality of our products and the happiness of our customers. If after trying our products you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of your first delivery.

Please note that refund is only eligible for first-time orders. In the event that you order more than one bottle at a time, only the first bottle of each formula will be eligible for a refund. Refunds do not apply for Loba Supplement Organizer (details below). Any subsequent subscriptions that have been shipped are not eligible for a refund.

We are unable to issue a refund if it is more than 30 days after your first delivery. Please email us at hello@everydaehealth.com to initiate an exchange or refund.

Loba Supplement Organizers:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to food safe/hygiene reasons and the nature of products stored in Loba. Exchange/return policies are noted on the product page.
